Using this website

We keep the information on this site as accurate and current as we can, but rates, availability and facilities can change. Nothing on this website is a guarantee of availability or a confirmed booking on its own.

Enquiries and bookings

Sending an enquiry through this site does not create a booking. A booking exists once we have confirmed it with you directly by phone or email. Rates shown are per night in Australian dollars and peak times add an extra $20 to all room tariffs.

Cancellations

Notification of any cancellations should be done prior to 10am the previous day. Cancellations under 24 hours will incur one nights accommodation.

Pets

Well behaved dogs are very welcome in our pet friendly rooms, arranged when you book. Pets are your responsibility while you are here, and any damage or extra cleaning caused by a pet is charged to the booking.

Your stay

Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the room or the grounds during their stay. We ask that you treat the property and other guests with reasonable consideration.
